Job Description

• Desktop Technician will provide day to day local\remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system.

What You'll Do:

Job Duties:

• Attending to incoming calls.
• Planning and scheduling of outdoor service jobs for service technicians all over Singapore.
• Attending to customers on service jobs and complaints.
• Scheduling of daily delivery of goods to customers.
• Preparing sales/service quotations.
• Monitoring of customers' outstanding orders.
• Data entry for service job done.
• Filing, posting of invoices to customers.
• Others as and when assigned.

Qualifications

We are looking for a senior software engineer in the APAC Equities Electronic Trading team. The person in this role will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of the Client's next-generation low-latency execution platform in APAC. The senior engineer will collaborate with a team of developers and work with the product development team, other technology teams, production support, and quality assurance. Close alignment with the global strategy is important for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support of the high-performance electronic execution platform
• Build common solutions for trading platform monitoring, trade reconciliation, application recovery etc.
• Partner with traders, quant researchers and clients on product development
