Job Scope

Primary Purpose

• Lead in demonstration of First article for assigned repair schemes per AS9102, AS13000 and Rolls-Royce’s SABRe Guideline for suppliers.
• Work closely with the Manufacturing Engineers and Specialist from SAESL team to achieve assigned monthly targets of repair development of Repairs.
• Assist Manufacturing Engineers in resolution of technical and operational challenges or concerns raised to Rolls-Royce, and ensure follow through till approval is obtained, and repair is handed over to shop operations.
• Assisting all steps involved in Source Approval validation packages for Rolls-Royce Source control Repair schemes, and other documentation required for industrialization and approval.
