Position title : Vision Software Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team, responsible for
designing, developing, and maintaining software applications for vision systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop PC based automated visual inspection systems for our full range of semiconductor equipment.
• Evaluate and feasibility study on the customer’s vision specifications.
• Responsible to integrate any new vision hardware (camera, frame grabber, etc) onto the vision software.
• Troubleshooting and improve the processing time of the inspection.
• Provide technical support to internal and external customers to fulfill the inspection requirements. Change the vision inspection algorithm to improve the inspection capabilities and its performance.
• Be the key driver for continuous improvement plans for new and existing inspection capabilities.
• Coordinate with customer for any new enquiry with sale personnel if needed.
• Work closely with the vision application and optics team members to produce the best inspection result.
• Build and nurture a culture in engineering organization of harmony, quality, ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.

Requirements:

• BS Science Diploma or higher in electrical and electronic, mechanical, or mechatronics engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent practical.
• Technical troubleshooting experience.
• Minimum 3 years in related field.
• Relevant technical work experience including automation machine system troubleshooting.
• Experience working with end customers.
• Understanding semi-conductor manufacturing process, vision inspection settings, machine software settings and configuration or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3+ years of experience in software development with C#, WPF, Image Processing , Halcon (bonus)

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cyber security and business partners across Global E-Commerce to gather information to facilitate and complete threat models.

- Understand and safely utilize various open-source penetration testing tools and, when appropriate, emulate hacker tactics, techniques, and procedures.

- Respond to security violations, potential vulnerabilities, and alerts from detection systems.

- Stay up-to-date on 0-day exploits for tech stacks we use.

- Communicate with stakeholders (technical and non-technical) both verbally and in writing.

- Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialised utility programs.

- Analyse user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.

- Update software, enhances existing software capabilities, and develops and direct software testing and validation procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & System Analysis, Science (Computer Studies) or related discipline.

- At least 5 years of experience with information security applications and Cloud Security.

- Proficiency in conducting information security investigations and remediations is essential.

- Experience in assessing APT threats, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Management, attack methodologies, forensics analysis techniques, attack surface comprehension, Cyber Threat Emulation operations and research, identification, and/or verification of new APT TTP is required.

- Possess a solid understanding of common web application vulnerabilities, exploitation techniques, and remediation options.

- Being detail-oriented and having strong problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to analyse potential future issues.

4. Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms, proficient in at least one coding language, including but not limited to Go, Java, C++.

5. Great to have hybrid cross-platform development experience.

6. Good understanding of business, technical abstraction and system module design.

7. Have large-scale website architecture experience.

2. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a native iOS development environment using Objective-C or Swift.

3. Ability to understand and debug large and complex code bases.

4. Good team communication and collaboration skills.

5. Passion and experience building consumer-facing products is a huge plus.

6. Experience with E-Commerce is a plus.

- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of backend systems to ensure reliability and performance under varying loads.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & System Analysis, Science (Computer Studies) or related discipline.

- 2+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on risk control or anti-fraud solutions.

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Golang, Python, or Java.

- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience working on risk control or anti-fraud solutions in the e-commerce industry.

- Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture

- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Strategy Development:

• Use AI technologies such as machine learning and deep learning to intelligently optimize investment strategies and improve the performance of strategies in actual transactions.
• Extract predictive signals from financial data through both traditional statistical analysis methods and cutting-edge machine learning techniques.
• Formulate and apply mathematical modeling techniques to enhance existing trading strategies and perform innovative new research with the goal of identifying and capturing trading opportunities.

Data Analysis：

• Collect and analyze large financial datasets (market data, news, social media, etc.).
• Work with large data sets to predict and test statistical market patterns, combining knowledge of systems, mathematical techniques, and trading to identify the best places to improve the trading system.
• Build and optimize feature engineering pipelines to improve model prediction accuracy.

Financial Modeling:

• Construct, back-test, maintain, and improve financial models to support trading activities.
