We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Network Engineer (L1) to join our team. This entry-level role is part of our Managed Services team, where you will provide first-line support to ensure the smooth operation of clients’ IT infrastructure and systems. The role involves proactively identifying, investigating, and resolving technical issues, managing incidents to resolution, and ensuring no service level agreement (SLA) conditions are missed.
As an L1 Engineer, you will focus on standard and low-complexity incidents and service requests across multiple technology domains, including (but not limited to) Cloud, Security, Networking, Applications, and Collaboration. You may also support project work as req
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide first-line support for incidents and service requests in alignment with SLAs.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve low-complexity technical issues.
- Escalate complex incidents to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Contribute to project work as needed to support team objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CCNA Certification or equivalent Level 1 Network Security certification.
- ITIL V3 Foundation Certification.
- CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent certification.
