Job Description

• Manage project cycle to meet the deadline.
• Coordinate with external parties and customers to plan, organize and direct activities concerned with assigned projects.
• Develop project schedules in compliance with customer requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones.
• Develop mechanisms to track schedule progress in the field and update the schedule regularly.
• Responsible for site activities, coordination and supervision works related to engineering and system design.
• Ensure timely completion of all projects particularly the T/C schedules.
• Responsible for project management including attending meetings, coordination, design etc.
• Create AutoCAD Drawings, Submission & Documentation Responsible for completion of project which involves go on site troubleshooting, Testing & Commissioning and meetings.

Requirements

• At least 2 Years of local working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Ability to work independently and target oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to visit job site.

• 5+ years of professional experience in QA / Testing and agile methodology
• Skilled in both Manual and Automation testing
• Tooling experience in SQL Server/DB2/SQL, SOAP UI, XML, JIRA knowledge
• Experience in Selenium, APPIUM, KATALON, TOSCA, API, WINDMILL is required
• Good team player, fast learner and good analytical skills
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus

Role:

Ship Repair Engineer (Marine Service / Up to $4000)

• Location: Penjuru lane ( Transport provided at Jurong East)
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Salary: $3,300 - $4,000

Job scopes:

• Manage day-to-day operations and coordination of afloat repairs, load testing & inspection services on ships in Singapore and the region.
• Assist Service Manager in handling the company’s field service operations, in technical, operational and commercial matters
• Prepare quotations, costing for invoice, tools & equipment lists and procurement of parts.
• Manage and coordinate service job execution.
• Liaise with our customers, such as Ship Managers, Offshore Operators, Shipyards, Agents and others
• Manage the tools & equipment which are kept at our warehouse. Send for recertification periodically as required.
• Coordinate with Ship Agents, Ports & Ship Yards, handle permits and schedule service attendances.
• Coordinate and arrange transport of Engineers, tools & equipment to and from job sites
• Answer customer queries and provide remote technical support.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Marine Engineering or similar.
• Past experience in marine cranes & deck machinery required.
• Experience in coordinating marine service work, especially afloat repairs will be an advantage.
• Able to commit overtime.

Responsibilities :

Required skills and experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity and diploma holder or above in Computer Engineering/Science or related discipline;

• Capable of using operating systems: Microsoft Windows, Unix, ESX, and Linux are preferable;
• Proficiency in solving computer hardware-related issues for IBM, DELL, and HP

• Able to provide non-office hours standby and support service;

• Field Service Engineer has possessed 3-5 years’ experience in IT hardware maintenance service on server, network and storage preventive.

Required experience/skills:

• Experience with Windows, Dell, IBM and HP.
• Manage systems like standalone servers, blade systems, storage and network equipment from Dell (PowerEdge systems, PowerVault and EqualLogic storages), HP (HPUX integrity systems and Proliant systems), Cisco (UCS standalone and blade systems) and IBM (xSeries systems).
• IT systems infrastructure hardware and software maintenance and repair, systems deployment and integration on a broad spectrum of Enterprise IT equipment.
• From servers (such as HP and IBM Servers running various versions of Windows Servers and Linux, Unix and Sun Oracle Solaris), to network equipment (Alcatel, HP Switches, Cisco Systems Managed Network Routers and Switches and Cisco Systems PIX and McAfee firewall maintenance), to HP and IBM tape libraries, EMC SAN storage as well as Laptops, PCs and Business Laser Printers and Multi-Functional Copiers from various vendors.
