The research and development engineer will focus on developing both essential perovskite solar module structures including electrical and optical properties to maximize device performance and specific commercial products using perovskite photovoltaic technologies for clients.
Key Responsibilities are listed as following:
- Research and Development: Design, develop, and optimize high-efficiency perovskite solar cells and tandem architectures, ensuring scalability and manufacturability.
- Material Science: Investigate and select perovskite materials, charge transport layers, and encapsulation techniques to enhance stability and performance.
- Device Fabrication: Develop processes for device fabrication, including solution-based and vapor deposition techniques, and ensure reproducibility at scale.
- Characterization and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive electrical, optical, and structural characterization of materials and devices, using advanced techniques like IV testing, EQE, SEM, and XRD.
- Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including material scientists, process engineers, and production teams, to align R&D goals with production strategies.
- Data Management: Document experimental procedures, analyze results, and prepare detailed technical reports and presentations.
- Innovation: Stay pdated with industry trends and advancements in perovskite solar technology and propose innovative solutions for performance enhancement.
· Master’s or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
· Proven experience in perovskite solar cell research, including material synthesis, device fabrication, and characterization.
· Proficiency in thin-film deposition techniques such as spin coating, thermal evaporation, and sputtering.
· Strong analytical skills with experience in advanced characterization tools and techniques.
· Familiarity with degradation mechanisms and strategies for improving device stability.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
· Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
