Responsibilities

• Assists Topsides Engineering Project Manager in managing engineering work including engineering deliverables, man-hour and schedule control, mainly in multi-disciplinary topsides design related activities and to ensure work performed on the project is in accordance with company quality, systems and safety requirements
• Understand the contract and scope of work for topsides with sub-contractor
• Prepares key project documentation as per project specification requirements
• Manages project topsides related drawings and controls technical documentation across disciplines
• Prepares schedule, pre-planning and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to the project topsides design, ensuring all activities are kept within the project budget
• Assists topsides EPM in organizing regular inter-discipline review meetings and interface checks.
• Participates in project meeting, reports on the project status and attends to basic technical queries and issues including reviewing the performance of vendors/ subcontractors in the project
• Liaises with customers, topsides design sub-contractor, vendors, consultants and cross-functional team to coordinate project plan and handles technical issues in order to meet the project schedule
• Assists topsides EPM to ensure Design Reviews conducted with appropriate attendees and manage the action register to monitor the close-out of identified action items.
• Supports topsides EPM in identifying dependencies and obtaining alignment with project stakeholders to ensure safety and quality are not sacrificed in the effort to meet the project schedule.
• Collates project documentation and database from the project for submission and retention, as required and compiles the records from current and past projects as lessons learnt
• Reviews the activities & deliverables list from each discipline, mainly the topsides design related activities & deliverables
• Lead & co-ordinate between Hull’s Team, topside lead designers from every discipline, external design house (when applicable) & client (when applicable) to define the boundary for each module and boundary between topside & hull
• Co-ordinates between discipline to utilize the shared license based-on work priority;
• Monitors & control the topsides design manhours based-on the available budget allocated by commercial team or as defined by discipline Lead Designer
• Records & follow-up all the topsides design pending issues / problems highlighted by Lead Designers from every discipline, and report to Topsides Engineering Manager
• Expedites the information required by each discipline prior to start & complete the topsides design works
• Monitor 3D model clashing issues with other discipline
• Prepares Weekly Report related to Overall topsides design Progress, Area of Concern, Pending Items, Clashes Register, Interface Register, Down Time Register, Available Resources against Planned Resources, Manhour Usage against Planned Manhour, etc & Action Plan & submit to Topsides Engineering Manager/Engineering Project Manager & GM
• Assists topsides EPM in preparing project close-out, including as-built documentation and engineering close-out reports.
• Tack and coordinate changes with Discipline Leads ensuring team members follow the management of change process (MOC); ensure recorded changes are followed through.
• Proactively identify and monitor areas likely to change to reduce the “surprise” element, added costs and delays to project.
• Coordinate the interfaces with subcontractors and third party consultants and ensure all changes are captured through MOC process

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering

Job Overview:

The Applications Engineer (AE) represents technical aspects of business development and project definition. AE is responsible for providing full technical support for Business Development/Sales of all Anaergia Projects from the origination phase through contract negotiation and hand over to Anaergia Project Execution Team with all required specifications and budget development. Responsibilities:

• Manage technical transfer of products/projects in assembly, testing, and customer interactions.
• Offer technical support for manufacturing and testing during product builds.
• Assist QC with technical support in resolving RMA issues.
• Support QA in compliance, regulatory matters, customer interactions, and audits.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering and above.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Electronics Manufacturing Industry.
• Skilled in managing product/project manufacturing, transfers, and troubleshooting.
• Experienced in PCBA manufacturing and testing for products/projects.
• Preferably experienced in a manufacturing environment with ISO13485 and FDA standards.

This is a contract role for a Customer Service Admin located in Tuas. Our client is one of the licensed warehouses, specialised in handling and storage of dutiable cargo like alcoholic beverages and tobacco.You will be responsible for interacting with customers through phone, email, chat, or in person to provide information about products or services, take orders, handle returns, and resolve complaints. It requires listening to customer concerns, investigating issues, and proposing timely and satisfactory solutions. Developing a thorough understanding of the company's products or services is essential to provide accurate information. Additionally, processing customer orders, entering them into the system, and ensuring timely delivery are key responsibilities. Using computer systems to access customer information, process orders, and respond to inquiries is also a vital part of the job.

Primary Objective(s) of Position

• Attending to customers’ enquiries, managing customer relationships and executing shipments.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle Request for Quotation (RFQ) responses and coordinate with the Operations Department.
• Generate Job Orders and ensure their prompt execution.
• Monitor order and delivery schedules, coordinating with vendors, the Operations Department, customers, and international suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly shipment/order reports for customers and management.
• Plan and generate stuffing lists for the Operations department for each shipment.
• Prepare and process import/export shipping documents.
• Input and update order delivery statuses promptly and accurately in the customer's in-house system (SAP).
• Investigate and address service failures or complaints, implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Skills & Experience

• GCE "A" level and above
• Freight forwarding experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Possess good communication skills and interpersonal skills
