As a Service Engineer, you have to :

• Attend to equipment fault at customers’ premises.
• Liaise with the customer and sub-contractors regarding all aspect on the add-on project activities.
• Monitor the progress of the work done closely in order to ensure that the schedule and quality of work are met.
• Ensure that all materials and equipment are delivered on time as per schedule for site installation or rectification of fault.
• To carry out periodic maintenance for our customers.

You should :

• Possess a Diploma in Electronics and/or Electrical Engineering.
• 2-3 years’ hands-on experience in troubleshooting of card access systems, alarm systems, CCTV, etc.
• With good interpersonal communication skills.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical field assistance in promoting spare part sales, maintenance, operation, equipment installation supervision and startup and/or shutdowns for all CPM processes. The Field Service Technician must have strong business and communications skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with the customer. QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

Reporting to the Head of Marine Electronics, and working closely with our business partners, he/she will be involved in the installation and testing of navigation and communications equipment on shipping vessels.

Responsibilities/Requisite :-

1. Attending ships in terminal, anchorage, shipyard for repair, installation, troubleshooting services.

2. Report and documentation as per company procedures (E.g. Update of Software, database, etc.).

3. Timely completion of technical and service work report

4. Conducting fault-finding process and resolve the technical issue onboard as appropriate.

5. Providing technical support both onsite and remotely for company product to the customer.

6. Providing support to coordinators.
