JOB PURPOSE

To support the Commercial Diving Department by performing maintenance, repairs, and inspections of leisure and commercial diving equipment. The Junior Diving Technician will ensure all equipment operates efficiently and meets safety standards, enhancing operational reliability and customer satisfaction.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Equipment Maintenance and Repair:

• Inspect, service, and repair diving regulators, BCDs, breathing air compressors, and associated equipment.
• Perform hydrotesting of diving cylinders and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct air quality analysis for compressors to maintain safe breathing air standards.

Commercial Equipment Support:

• Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of Surface Rescue Panels (SRP), cascade systems, and Launch and Recovery Systems (LARS).
• Support the repair and maintenance of decompression chambers and other specialized commercial diving systems.

Technical Operations:

• Perform routine checks and diagnostics on all diving-related equipment.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs for compliance and quality assurance.

Customer Support:

• Provide technical guidance to customers regarding the use and care of diving equipment.
• Address client inquiries and ensure high levels of service satisfaction.

Health and Safety:

• Adhere to workplace safety protocols and industry standards
• Identify potential risks during equipment handling and mitigate them effectively.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Marine, or related engineering disciplines.

Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in servicing diving equipment.
• Hands-on experience with regulators, BA compressors, hydrotesting, and air quality analysis.

Exposure to SRP panels, cascade systems, LARS, and chambers will be an added advantage

1. Job Description

• Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, the maintenance of furnishings and equipment and the proper set up in the Restaurant and connected areas or pantries
• Ensure POS system is turned on and functioning properly
• Refill receipt paper if necessary
• Take count of any money in the register
• Sweep, mop, and/or vacuum floors
• Position chairs neatly around tables
• Stock necessary areas with clean glassware and silverware
• Reference reservations list and be aware of any special requests or other notes regarding the upcoming service
• Properly set tables and maintain silverware
• Ensure restaurant is fully stocked with supplies such as cutlery, glasses and condiments
• Ensure floors are clean and well mopped
• Take out the trash if necessary to ensure restaurant is clean for next shift
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

This role handles frontline operation role at the workshop

Responsibilities

• Managing all frontline operation in an efficient manner.

• To meet Customer requirements and Principal standard.

• To achieve KPIs target set for all Upselling Programs

• Liaise with the Workshop-in-charge at all times to ensure smooth process flow until the vehicle has delivery after repair.

• Coordinate service operation matters with other franchises (Ad hoc basis).

• Manage WIP invoicing.

• Achieving quality service & maintaining good customer relations

• Attend to all complaint/feedback related to customer issue.

• Monitor KPIs target set for all the up-selling program and take initiative to meet or exceed the targets

• Assist in rolling out new program to up-sell new product within the centre

• Assist in overseeing of on-time delivery of repair vehicle

• Participate in Ad-hoc Project.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Automotive / Mechanical Engineering

• At least 3 years of working experience

Role and responsibilities

• As a Mid Office Banking Specialist at BMG you are the first contact for our international clients on all operational matters. You are a team player, not afraid to pick up the phone and talk to our clients about high value transactions, foreign exchange (FX) transactions, interest calculations, day to day cash pool and netting activities and many other topics.
• You provide excellent client support on sensitive international treasury- and cash management payments with complex routing, adhering to the international payment routing standards. In close cooperation with the BMG Treasury department you coordinate sensitive payments and ensure adequate funding is available with our correspondent banking partners. You understand and provide insight in detailed interest calculations and interest allocations within a group company.
• You are involved in onboarding of new clients from A to Z; collect and verify client documentation and assisting our clients with setting up their data in our state of the art self-service portals on our online banking platform ‘Megabank’. Contract verification, account activation and keeping customer files according to high quality standards requires accuracy and eye for details.
• Summarizing the above: as an Mid Office Banking Specialist you will have a dynamic job in the front line of our organization. You will work in close relation with our high value clients, your team members and colleagues from various BMG departments. Through working in the cash pool, netting and administration teams in one of the Mid Offices you will become an expert in international (FX) payments and cash & liquidity management while you master top notch service skills in a highly professional organization.
