Oversee, lead and collaborate with substrate plants on overall substrate's performance, quality and development. Develop and integrate in house incoming quality inspection system.
Responsibilities:
Support to manage and supervise daily Substrate Technical activities such as yield and defects monitoring, incoming inspection and substrate evaluations.
Develop good communication skills and coordinate with substrate's window person for any quality and evaluation feedbacks.
Coordinate with production team for all substrate’s evaluations and quality feedbacks.
Coordinate with warehouse in substrate incoming and clear inspection.
Monitor media yield by substrate lot and trigger for FA if necessary.
Develop a strong recognition for substrate defects.
Support and manage substrate yield improvement activities.
Publish and review evaluation results.
Ensure compliance to ISO quality and safety standards
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Science, Quality Management or equivalent fields.
Familiarity with Quality Standards in manufacturing and QA methodology such as 8D (Eight Disciplines) Methodology, Mistake Proofing (POKA YOKE), Root Cause Analysis, and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
Strong analytical skills and soft skills.
Good knowledge of evaluation techniques.
Proficient in Microsoft application.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with menu choices, handle inquiries, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Accurately take food and beverage orders and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process payments.
Handle cash, and credit card transactions, and issue receipts with a high degree of accuracy.
Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Handle all incoming phone calls, emails, and faxes promptly.
Manage monthly principal service billings
Plan and coordinate daily deliveries/collections.
Process orders (Eg. Sales order, invoices quotations).
Work closely with other teams to resolve customer issues.
Follow up with customers on outstanding invoice payment.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business/Supply Chain or Accountancy
Preferrable to have prior experience in Customer Service/Order Processing
Proficiency in MS Office applications
