· Attend to enquiries/complaints of customers (service or product failure) via email or phone and refer to appropriate personnel to follow up.
· Prepare servicing/maintenance and installation quotation & prepare maintenance contracts for customers.
· Coordinate and liaise with customers, technicians and contractors on installation and service maintenance.
· Resolve installation and service issues by clarifying with customer to determine the cause of the problem and provide appropriate support.
· Collection of outstanding payment, if any.
· Plan and allocate Technicians for jobs and ensure accurate service records in timely manner.
· Maintain and build good rapport with customers and technicians to expand customer base.
· Ensure that all repair and servicing orders are accounted for, monitored, and completed timely.
· Any other Ad-hoc duties as and when required
