Acting as the first point of contact for parents and students during weekends, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment, managing inquiries, and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome families, children, and visitors at the venue.
• Serve as the primary contact for parents' and students' inquiries during class hours.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and payments.
• Collect and manage payments while ensuring records are up to date.
• Handle inquiries and complaints professionally, providing accurate information about company services and policies.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Monitor and manage inventory supplies, notifying managers when restocking is needed.
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing.
• Ensure reception area security by following procedures and controlling access.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and courier services.
• Take initiative and work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
