What You’ll Do:

• Engage with customers via multiple channels (ticketing system, live chat, and screensharing tools) to identify and resolve technical support requests while continuing to educate our clients on the use of the platform
• Reproduce technical issues and dive into Datadog’s 600+ integrations
• Handle urgent escalation cases that may result in customer-facing troubleshooting calls, and internal or external incident management
• Autonomously troubleshoot complex and/or high-priority customer issues
• Become a subject matter expert in many Datadog product areas
• Drive product conversations based on needs and problems learned during client interactions
• Lead high-complexity demos regarding specific and advanced use cases
• Provide mentorship to junior members of the team and serve as their escalation partner
• Work from a Datadog office 3 - 5 days per week

Who You Are:

• Experienced in multi-channel technical support at a SaaS company (5+ years of related experience)
• Experienced with APIs, REST calls and an understanding of Network terminologies
• Experienced using Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, or similar software
• Familiar with one or more Cloud technologies
• An exceptional written and verbal communicator, with experience communicating complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
• A strong mentor to your technical peers
• A critical thinker who defaults to a client-centric approach
• Self-motivated, detail-attentive, and able to continuously learn
• Able to work a rotating schedule that requires weekend availability

Job Descriptions:

• Manage and direct sub-contractors to ensure project completion within timeline and budget
• Liaise with HQ for Quality Control inspections and closure of such reports.

About Us:

Our client is an listed Company with a focused in chip design enterprise with MCU as its core, focusing on 8-bit and 32-bit MCUs, SoCs, ASICs, power drivers, and power devices. They are currently expanding their team and is looking for a Analog Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• In charge of developing various analog building blocks, such as amplifiers, bandgap circuits, Delta-Sigma ADCs, SAR ADCs, filters, and control logics.
• Tasked with overseeing the high-performance mixed-signal chip integration process, encompassing the integration of analog front-end signal acquisition and conditioning chips and analog front-end battery monitor chips.
• Collaborate closely with the digital team to establish register maps, control logics, and digital filters for analog front-end chips or mixed-signal System-on-Chips (SOCs).
• Conduct regular design reviews to evaluate and refine the design process.
• Provide support to test development and product development teams to facilitate the transition of projects into production.

Requirement:

The incumbent is responsible for recruitment of seniors into the programme and may be required to conduct home visits or events.

He/she will also be required to provide telecare support and assistance to clients arising from incoming calls into the Contact Centre. He/she will also need to make outgoing care calls to clients to strengthen the care relationship with the clients.
