Job Overview

The Service Delivery Lead leads and supports programs and projects using different frameworks such as Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall. They organize and facilitate meetings and events, gather business requirements from stakeholders, and prioritize change requests and bugs to optimize business value. They also remove any impediments for the project team, manage the risk plan and client expectations, and motivate the team to deliver the service according to schedule and quality.

The Service Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing the entire service delivery life cycle from start to finish, including design, resource allocation, and software development. Furthermore you have:

• Completed university (Bachelor) education
• Experience and familiar with international (FX) payments, cash pool and/or netting in an banking environment is a plus but not essential.
• You are not afraid to pick up the phone and call our clients about their high value treasury transactions, day-to-day cash pool and netting business and coordinate implementations.
• Able to work with, and have experience with, tight deadlines and a high-pressure environment.
• Must be proficient in Chinese language as the role is required to liaise and interact with Chinese-speaking clients

Job Description :

• To assist guests with check-ins & check-outs.

Requirements:

• Singaporeans & PRs only
• At least 1 year experience in a similar capacity in the Hospitality industry
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
• Knowledge in Opera PMS is preferred

• 5 days work week (on rotating shifts & able to work on weekends/Public Holidays)

The Job

• Helping customers on-site to select suitable storage units, service and/or merchandise
• Process rental / renewal agreements, collect payment and maintain timely and accurate records
• Help customers to resolve requests or issues with their storage
• Check, report and follow-up on any maintenance issues required in the branch you are in-charge of.
• Prepare and submit reports as required
