• Perform verification, calibration, and preventive maintenance (PMs) in accordance with in-house Metrology SOPs.
• Maintain calibration and qualification tools, ensuring timely upkeep.
• Coordinate with and oversee External Third-Party (3P) vendors for calibration, PMs, qualifications, and repairs.
• Ensure External 3P vendors meet Customer off-site and on-site qualifications prior to service execution.
• Respond promptly to ad-hoc service requests from Laboratory End Users, adhering to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Recommend appropriate inventory levels for critical equipment parts and tools to minimize downtime and aid budget planning.
• Accurately document and manage service records, training, and asset information in the in-house Asset Management system.
• Facilitate clear communication and coordination among customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications and Criteria:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering, ideally in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

• Knowledge of routine maintenance and commissioning processes for chiller systems.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to HVAC systems.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and effectively address client inquiries and concerns.
• Ability to collaborate with agents, customers, and contractors to ensure system performance and compliance.
