• Check and ensure all installations conform to project specifications, and be able to manage system applications, drafting, database generation and commissioning of the systems
• Effective handling of project reviews and handling by conducting FAT(Factory Acceptance test), SAT(Site Acceptance Test).

The Utility Engineer will lead efforts in identifying, mapping, and verifying underground utilities for a major infrastructure project. Key Responsibilities:

Phase 1: Planning and Preliminary Study

• Review utility services and as-built plans.
• Plan non-invasive detection methods like EML and MC-GPR.
• Conduct surveys and propose Geo-located Coordinated Utility Plans (Geo-CUP) for approval.

Phase 2: Utility Mapping and Survey

• Lead underground utility detection using non-invasive techniques.
