Job Description:

Oversee building maintenance, facilities, and safety operations within the manufacturing plant.

Supervise and ensure high-quality performance from staff and contractors in areas such as cleaning, security, pest control, maintenance, and other facilities-related services.

Ensure maintenance, repair, servicing, and installation works is completed to standard, in line with contract agreements, SOPs, and relevant permits.

Collaborate with the Safety Consultant to ensure compliance with SCDF and other regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with relevant authorities to obtain necessary licenses, certificates, and permits, while maintaining proper record-keeping and documentation.
