The Job

This role is responsible to overseeing and managing all aspect of Volunteer Management Team and Eldercare Programme Team which includes the Afterlife Memorial Service and Case Management.

Responsibilities

Volunteer Management

• Evaluate, enhance and implement volunteer management policies and processes across the organisation.
  Direct the Volunteer Engagement Team to create a positive, engaging, and fulfilling volunteer experience.
  Lead, promote, and influence vision for the successful development of department.
  Create strategic plan, goal setting and measurement system for overall growth of the department.
  Conduct and deploy volunteers for home visits for AMS members.
  Prepare monthly report on the progress of Volunteer Engagement.

Eldercare Programme

• Plan and implement initiatives or programmes for elderly.
  Oversee the day-to-day operations of the eldercare programme, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.
  Recruit, train, and supervise AMS team to ensure the provision of quality care services.
  Organiseand facilitate in elderly befriending events to re-integrate beneficiaries back to the community.
  Explore avenues for the expansion of the AMS with external parties.
  Monitor and evaluate the program’s performance, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards of care.
  Gather and prepare supporting documents for government agencies submissions.
  Work with CRM vendors to ensure accurate integration of data.
  Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and document programme activities and outcomes.
  Conduct educational sessions and workshops for the team to raise awareness about eldercare issues and promote best practices.
  Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in eldercare, and implement improvements to enhance the programme’s effectiveness and efficiency.

Event Support

• Providing support for the Charity’s major events and functions. (eg. Anniversary dinner, Flag day, and Befriending programme) organised by the Charity.
  Support the team and Executive Director as necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Social Work or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in programme management, preferably in eldercare / social services.
• Strong knowledge of eldercare service, regulations and practices.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Compassion, empathy, and a genuine interest in improving the lives of elderly individuals.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications for documentation and reporting.
• Able to work on some evenings and weekends as needed.
• Possess a good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaker recipients.

Physical Design Engineer (Digital IC)

Job Description：
1. Works with the senior physical design team to complete the chip floorplan , clock architecture, and powerplan .
2. Involved in one or more physical design tasks from the Netlist to the GDSII, including P&R, formal verification, static timing analysis, physical verification, power analysis, design for reliability and tapeout.
3. Researches the physical design methodology of advanced process nodes, and builds an automatic physical design platform.

Position Requirements:
1. Holds a bachelor's degree or above in electronic engineering, microelectronics, or computer science
2. 0 - 5 years of work experience in the digital backend design field. (Fresh graduates can be considered).
3. Those with experience in TCL , Perl or Python script development and familiar with EDA tool design will be plus.

We are looking for energetic and passionate design engineers to join our Central Engineering Group and be part of an elite team responsible for the development of foundation IP for AI products including memory compilers, logic cells and custom macros of all types on the bleeding edge of process technology. We have multiple positions at all experience levels.

Available Job Responsibilities

• Design and build memory or circuit blocks at the gate or transistor level
• Simulate and analyze the circuit design using transistor level simulators
• Extract the layout and perform post-layout simulations and verification
• Floorplan physical implementation and layout integration of design components
• Integrate characterization flow to extract timing and power information
• Develop scripts to automate characterization flow, simulations, and verification
• Specify and verify various behavioral and physical memory models
• Document the design specifications, behavioral description, and timing diagrams
• Help specify silicon test plan and correlate silicon to simulation data

Preferred Skills

• Good understanding of transistor level circuit behavior and device physics
• Good understanding of signal integrity analysis, EM/IR analysis, and reliability analysis
• Proficiency in running simulators, writing automation scripts, and are tools savvy
• Understanding of memory behavioral and physical models is a plus
• Expertise in memory circuit design is a plus
• Understanding of DFT schemes and chip level integration is a plus
• Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
