Required Skill:

• 14+ years in IT Industry with 5+ years of Banking Industry experience
• Experienced IT Service Manager in Banking Industry to manage, coordinate, and direct IT service operations with teams
• Ensure compliance with IT standards, policies, and procedures, including disaster recovery and back-up procedures
• Provide support and guidance, including incident management, problem resolution and troubleshooting
• Analyze and monitor the effectiveness of IT service delivery and implement improvements when needed
• Coordinate and manage IT service projects, including the implementation and integration of new technologies
• Bilingual with proficiency in Japanese preferred to liaise with Japanese speaking clients

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via email and phone calls.
• Generate quotations and process purchase orders.
• Provide accurate information on products and services to customers.
• Generate sales from customer queries.
• Resolve any customer complaints and issues.
• Answer questions related to the company's products.
• Plan and allocate adequate manpower for assigned jobs.
• Manage purchasing matters as per customer queries.
• Work closely with Service Engineers on job-related tasks.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
