Job Scope:
· Open and close the gallery.
· Assist visitors with requests, feedback, phone calls, and emails.
· Manage visitor sign-in, event setup, operations, and cleanup.
· Check exhibits regularly to ensure they are working and fix issues.
· Prepare and submit daily reports on visitors, exhibits, and problems.
· Monitor and restock promotional materials.
· Pack event premiums and gifts.
· Troubleshoot basic exhibit and infrastructure issues.
· Work with vendors to complete daily tasks.
· Attend safety drills and handle incidents (injuries, disturbances, or vandalism).
· Manage and schedule volunteers.
· Process sales (non-cash), monitor stock, and count inventory.
· Perform other tasks as needed.
Requirement:
· Attention to detail, independent, and helpful
· Good with Microsoft Office
· Customer service experience
· Presentably attired in office wear.
· Basic First Aid Trained. Training will be provided for those not certified
Working hours: 8.15am to 6.15 pm (with 1 hour meal break)
5 days/ week with alternate weekends off
