The Successful Applicant

To be successful, you will have:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• At least 12 years of experience in technical support role with at least 6 years in a leadership role
• Prior experience in a MNC environment/managing large teams with a regional and global stakeholders is a must to excel in this role
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers in a friendly manner and manage customers queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Prepare beverage according to standardized recipes and customer preferences
• Utilize proper brewing techniques and equipment to ensure the quality and consistency of each beverage served

Benefits:

• Basic Salary up to $3,300 with yearly increment based on performance.

This is a full time role for a Customer Service Assistant located in North Bridge Road.Our client is the leading manufacturer and distributor of components for Factory Automation, Press Die and Plastic Mold, Electrical & Wiring Parts, Tools and MRO items.

You will be responsible for handling and processing a large volume of quotations and sales orders, ensuring they are completed within the target time. This includes verifying and correcting any part number errors in the orders. You will also manage customer inquiries, responding promptly and professionally via phone, email, and web chat.

In addition to processing claims related to shipment delays, defective items, or incorrect pricing, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues with customer orders, such as requesting lead time changes from suppliers.
