This role is with the IT Service Delivery Team, reporting to the Service Delivery Manager. This team is responsible for Service Operations – the structure and processes which ensure accountability, oversight and auditability throughout the team.

ServiceNow is the platform used by IT and the business for many of their processes/applications. This application is owned and developed by this team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Change Management, including review new and implemented changes, chair CAB, review change schedule, maintain dashboard, prepare comms.
• Incident Management, including analysing trends, incident workarounds, monitoring aged incidents.
• Major Incident Management, including communication, being part of the Incident Repsonse Team, managing suppliers

Field-based role with travel to client sites.

The title holder will lead a team at a worksite to maintain the ACMV equipment and system at the design efficiency and functionality. Responsibilities:

• Reviews technical specifications, drawings, procedures, and standards pertaining to project requirements
• Prepares and reviews the project quality documents, procedure, ITP
• Reviews drawings, documents, and weekly update drawing register form documents controller and distribute to project Quality Assurance personnel.
• Administrates the project's internal quality audit to ensure compliance with the project quality plan.
• Monitors the inspection and documentation activities of the Quality Assurance Inspector to ensure compliance with the inspection test plan and project quality requirements
• Resolves quality-related issues arising from subcontractor and in-house production
• Ensures protection and preservation of various systems
• Ensures updates on electrical completion and mechanical completion progress in the project database
• Assigns the systems to be tested by the various supervisors and technicians involved in the operation
• Reviews the quality work processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Coordinates the testing and commissioning requirements with Engineering, Project Manager, Quality Assurance Department, and vendors
• Reports non-conformance and issue improvement notes where necessary
• Any other assigned duties and responsibilities

Requirements:

• Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine and Offshore or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance working experience, and the offshore or marine industry
