2. To prepare food base on SOP given
3. To ensure that service and food standards are maintained at all times
4. Responsible for the quality service, product and cleanliness of the outlet
5. Monitor and maintain food quality, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes
6. Taste food before serving to ensure it meets quality and flavor standards.
7. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
