ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -

Perform monitoring activities using tools provided as well as reviews of transactions flagged out

Ensure that all tasks are completed/submitted in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures within the agreed timelines/SLA. -

Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all interactions with client

Handle ad hoc duties as required

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 1 year of experience working in an administrative role

- Fast learner and good team player

- Demonstrates good communication skills and comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment

- Working/shift hours are 10am-10pm, 4 days a week

- Able to work rotating shift hours including weekends and public holidays

- Basic F&B operations.

- Assist to set and clear tables.

- Assist to serve customers.

- Able to commit at least 2 shifts a week

BMW Service Technician

Overview:

Carry out maintenance, inspection and basic repair work for BMW automobiles. Workplace at Tanjong Penjuru / Leng Kee.

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspection of components for wear and tear.
• Repair/replacement of broken/worn out parts.
• Verification of vehicle functions and its subsystems.
• Provide information to the supervisor about preapproval for additional repair.
• Notifies the Service Advisor immediately of work interruptions as a result of additionally required work, complications, missing parts or missed deadlines.
• Uses checklists/repair instructions, tools and test equipment adhered to current BMW guidelines.
• Has co-responsibility for customer satisfaction by optimal technical solutions on customer vehicles.
• Handles tools, special tools work clothing etc. properly.
• Uses equipment cost-effectively.
• Hands over dismantled, replacement of warranty parts to warranty department cleaned and labelled.
• Diagnosis waste according to local legislated guidelines.
• Observes accident prevention guidelines and reporting incidents to supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with prestige vehicles.
• Experience in a Dealership setting will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Team orientation and customer focused attitude.
• Valid driving license.
