Your Job

Part of the New Product Development team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and supply chain, to mitigate risks, drive improvements, and ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards to ensure the flawless introduction of products into the market.

You will be in our Datacom and Specialty Solutions (DSS) division, which designs and manufactures an extensive product line serving customers in telecommunications, datacom, (hyperscale) data center, cloud, and storage applications.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate risk assessment and mitigation activities during design, prototype and manufacturing phases of new product development.
• Develop and implement comprehensive quality plans that is focused on the voice of customers and adhere to required internal and external standards to achieve new product qualification.
• Support supplier quality assessments and collaborate with suppliers to achieve qualification on new products.
• Lead or facilitate problem solving and resolution of quality issues during launch, and support efforts to prevent future occurrences.
• Champion continuous improvement and lean initiatives to improve new product development and advanced product quality planning.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience in new product introduction - product and process development and qualification
• Experience in quality management and advance product quality planning
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities

• Degree in Engineering or related field
• Working knowledge of electronic assembly, testing, molding, stamping, plating and assembly processes

Responsibilities

• Support customers' engineers in developing Dry Etch processes.
• Create or refine process formulations, determine equipment requirements, and review techniques used in manufacturing and evaluation.
• Collaborate with engineering and scientific teams to align process designs with technical requirements.
• Analyze test data to establish specifications and acceptable limits for materials and processes.
• Define and manage projects involving new concepts, automation technologies, and process improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve process and integration challenges.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Dry Etch process development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful team player.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
• Experience in project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conducts set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
• Develops and defines test specifications, methods, and procedures based on blueprints, drawings, or diagrams.
• Tests and resolves issues in assemblies and final systems, performing rework as needed following testing outcomes.
• Compiles technical reports summarizing results and proposing solutions to technical challenges.
• Supports the selection and configuration of specialized test equipment when necessary.

Requirements

• Mimimum Diploma in Engineering or Technical Related Field.
• At least 1 year of experience working on Semiconductor machines or Equipment
• Suitable candidate must be open for 5 working day SHIFTING ROTATION (Day and Mid)
• Candidate with working experience in cleanroom environment is an advantage.
