As a Service Engineer, you have to attend to equipment fault at customers’ premises. Liaise with the customer and sub-contractors regarding all aspect on the add-on project activities. Monitor the progress of the work done closely in order to ensure that the schedule and quality of work are met. Also to ensure that all materials and equipment are delivered on time as per schedule for site installation or rectification of fault. To carry out periodic maintenance for our customers.

You should possess a Diploma in Electronics and/or Electrical Engineering with 2-3 years’ hands-on experience in troubleshooting of card access systems, alarm systems, CCTV, etc. With good interpersonal communication skills and a valid Class 3 license. Stand-by duty is required.

The title holder will lead a team at a worksite to maintain the ACMV equipment and system at the design efficiency and functionality. Additionally, knowledge in IT/networking and VSAT systems is essential for this role. A General Operator's Certificate (GOC) is recommended. The candidate should also possess a general understanding of marine electrical and electronics systems. Flexibility and a willingness to travel are required for this position.
