The main purpose of the Cafe Service Crew is to greet arriving guests, welcome them into the outlet and seat them. The guest receives their first impression of the service of the outlet by their exchange with the Cafe Service Crew. Related Duties and Responsibilities

• To provide fast and courteous service to customers.

• Develop a dashboard or regular report system that provides business units with easy access to quality metrics, trends, and improvement status.

Other Information:
