MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical field assistance in promoting spare part sales, maintenance, operation, equipment installation supervision and startup and/or shutdowns for all CPM processes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Promoting aftermarkets/replacement spare parts or services for existing and potential new customers

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

· Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, preferably in Engineering.

· A minimum of 2 years of experience in animal feed or biomass related manufacturing industry.

· Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, customers, and vendors.

· High integrity and ethics.

· Working knowledge in AutoCAD is a plus point.

Bruker Singapore is seeking for a Field Service Engineer within the service organization. He/She is an ambassador of Bruker Nano Surfaces Metrology (BNSM) instrumentation and technology. Bruker Nano Surfaces Metrology manufactures the world's leading Atomic Forces Microscopes, Stylus profilers, Mechanical Testers, X-Ray Diffractometer and non-contact 3D optical microscope instrumentation. This technical role responsible for customer direct post-sale instrumentation and application support including: installation, user and application training, instrument diagnostics/fix, and post-sale applications support. SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Performs site surveys, pre-installation, installation of Bruker Semiconductor Metrology Tools (AAFM(NanoMet), AFMi, TSOM & X-ray) for customers both domestic and international

· Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location

· Provide on-­site training to the customers

· Interface with cross functional work teams such as field applications, customer support/services, product management, manufacturing and marketing/sales

· Develop Service technical documentation

· Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service

· Performs basic applications support of Bruker Semiconductor Metrology Tools for customers both domestic and international

- Responsible for daily basis service work and handling new installation projects and testing commissions for air-cooled and water-cooled chiller.

- Routine servicing of Commercial Chillers (Air-cooled & Water-cooled chillers) onsite.

- Routine duties includes maintenance, troubleshooting and repair to commercial chillers, AHU, FCU, VRV CRAC, VRV Systems, including tear down and rebuild (overhauling).

- Able to read specifications and drawings by contractors.

- Inspecting and testing systems to verify system compliance with plans and specifications and to detect/locate malfunctions.

- Organise and keep up with records and report all faults, deficiencies and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and materials expended on work orders.

- Responsible for adjusting system controls to settings recommended by manufacturer to balance systems handling for all types of refrigerant.
