Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare the daily schedule of technicians
- Daily briefing of technicians on any special instructions
- Process paperwork, quotations and billing
- Coordinate with the warehouse on items needed by technicians
- Assist with customer servicing enquiries
- Contact suppliers on servicing feedback and warranty claims
- Any other relatable duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Preferable with at least 2 years of similar experience/capacity in the relevant industry
