Specific responsibilities:
Strategic Implementation of Regional Initiatives and Corporate Engagement

• Support strategic partnerships with regional organizations to expand market reach
• Attend to local corporate enquiries for collaboration
• Identify key contacts within target organizations to facilitate academia and corporate partnerships

Internal Stakeholder Management

• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to foster potential collaborations effectively

Events Planning (if required)

• Work as a team to strategically plan events in line with the Business School's vision, including programme conceptualization and logistics management
• Coordinate guest speakers, engagement activities, stakeholder liaison, and budget management for successful event execution

Other secretariat functions as assigned

• Examples: Commencement, MAB, MOE enquiries

Qualifications

• Self-driven individual with exceptional communication skills
• Demonstrated success as a results-driven project manager with strong problem-solving skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills involving multiple tasks and teams while maintaining a positive attitude
• Possess 6 - 8 years of relationship/account management experience and is passionate about business development
• Comfortable handling administrative tasks and coordinating with various team functions

• Good software proficiency especially in PowerPoint and Excel

• Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation
• Responsible for the sales of your category of products
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Telecommunication Engineering.
