Required Qualifications:

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of concierge, hospitality, or service related experience, with at least 3
  years supervisory experience in leading a team.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, your role as Business Development Manager for Singapore will be to drive new sales for Adecco Singapore in specific market segments. Key Responsibilities

• Set-up Commercial Game Plan to enlarge sales funnel and ultimately increase revenue and market share
• Prospect new clients for Staffing, Outsourcing and Permanent Placement business lines, through business development actions
• Ensure rigor in the management of opportunities, with flawless internal and external stakeholder engagement, from prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating, closing, contract implementation and handover to the delivery team
• Manage the Sales Pipeline in CRM and track the delivery of closed opportunities

Key Requirements

• Minimum Degree Qualification preferred
