As the Senior Manager, US Country Growth Manager, you will:

• Own US Sales and Marketing Budget: Lead US sales performance and manage a multimillion-dollar marketing budget.
• Develop the US Growth Strategy: Design a one-year growth plan aligned with Castlery’s 3–5-year objectives, focusing on localized strategies, key categories, channels, and UVPs with measurable outcomes.
