Head of Network Operations

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Network Operations to lead our network operations team. This role will focus on strengthening and overseeing the operations of our domestic and cross-border payment schemes, ensuring seamless settlement processes, compliance with industry standards, and operational scalability. You will be critical in managing the processes for Liquid Group's payment platforms while driving continuous improvements in scheme rules and settlement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and optimization of both Domestic Payment Scheme and the Cross Border Payment Scheme. Ensure that the operational rules, processes, and standards are continuously strengthened and compliant with both local and international regulations.
• Develop and enforce the Liquid Group payment scheme rules for both domestic and cross-border transactions. Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and payment industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Commercial, Compliance, and Finance to ensure seamless integration and alignment of payment operations across the company.
• Oversee payment settlement operations, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation. Manage discrepancies in settlements and provide timely resolutions in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Manage relationships with external partners including financial institutions, payment service providers (PSPs), and regulatory bodies to ensure the infrastructure and processes for payment schemes are effectively optimized and maintained.
