Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end logistics of equipment deliveries to data centers, warehouses, and other relevant locations.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and third-party logistics partners to manage orders, deliveries, and any issues or delays.
- Ensure that all equipment and shipments are verified upon delivery, checking for accuracy against purchase orders, shipping manifests, and packing lists.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all logistics-related queries from internal teams, external vendors, and data center personnel.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all logistics-related activities, including delivery schedules, vendor communications, and access permissions.

Requirements:
- Experience in logistics coordination, vendor management, or similar roles, preferably in a network, IT, or data center environment.
- Vendor management and procurement processes

The role reports to the Global CFO supporting Asia and responsible for overseeing and coordinating various operational activities within the organization. He / She will process payments to our external partners and maintain up-to-date records of all invoices and receipts. - Banking matters - cheque deposits, token application etc

- Provide assistance with Admin and Corporate Secretarial Services

- Assist in liaising with external stakeholders e.g. auditors, tax agent, company secretary, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a ServiceNow Operations Engineer to join our client’s Global Operations team and assist with operations for their ServiceNow platforms. This function includes overseeing the platform’s day-to-day operations, guaranteeing system stability, and providing user report.

Key Responsibilities and Activities:

1. Operations Support

The Senior Operations Support Executive (OSE)/Assistant Manager (AM) assists in nonclinical administration and support operations to manage the Care Home facilities and a team to run daily administrative, operational, logisitics, maintenance, safety and security activities required to deliver the required resident services to the healthcare team and residents of the Care Home. Curriculum Development:

· Design and develop high-quality educational content, programs, and materials tailored to IB Chinese learners and aligned with relevant academic standards.

· Collaborate with the team to create engaging and effective curriculum materials.

· Evaluate and update existing educational content to ensure its relevance, accuracy, and alignment with evolving learner needs.

· Oversee the implementation of digital learning tools and resources, ensuring accessibility and usability for diverse learners.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Publishing, Journalism, Chinese Studies, Education, Media, or a related field.

· A minimum of 2 years of experience in the publishing industry, with proven expertise in Chinese book editing, planning, and publishing workflows.

· Experience in curriculum development or instructional design, with the ability to create learner-focused educational materials.

· Exceptional project management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering results under tight deadlines.

· In-depth understanding of the publishing and education markets with the ability to anticipate reader and learner preferences.

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong partnerships and foster teamwork across departments.
