Key Responsibilities:Order Fulfillment & Customer Service

Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Monitor and manage all incoming orders to ensure they are processed and fulfilled in a timely manner.

Volunteer Recruitment, Training and Coordination

• Lead the recruitment process for volunteers involved in the sustainability initiative (e.g., foils peeling and blister sorting).

• Track volunteer participation and performance, ensuring that targets for the sustainability program are met.
