RESPONSIBILITIES

BW Group is seeking an SOX Manager to join our SOX Team with the responsibility to design and implement SOX controls to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley ("SOX") regulations. Your primary focus will be on understanding end-to-end business processes and controls, including identifying control design gaps and testing operating effectiveness of controls. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure internal controls are effectively designed and operating efficiently. Key Responsibilities & Duties

As the Singapore Academic Manager, you will oversee all academic operations for BlueSky Education in Singapore.
