Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements:

• At least 20 years’ work experience with a minimum of 12 years' experience of working in non-life insurance and/or reinsurance company.
• At least 8 years' experience of managing insurance operations and/or planning, managing, and delivering transformation projects as a member of management team in a non-life insurance and/or reinsurance company.
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred)/economics/business management.
• Experience of creating and managing teams.

Job Description:

• Management of Information Technology function of the Company.
• Management of Company’s operations (comprising policy processing, claims processing and business analytics).
• Management of IT as well as Non-IT Transformation Projects.
• Responsibility for implementation and maintenance of Information Security and Cyber Security within the Company.
