• Work with key stakeholders to design an agile operating model that is fit for purpose and appropriate (lean, yet compliant) for a start up business in the Health Technology industry. The Regional Director Security Operations (RDSO) is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team that executes a global security operations program for a multi-national IT organization. The AI Data Service and Eco Operations (ADSEO) team is part of our AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team that provides safety and non-safety data annotation services, search operation services, and customer services for ByteDance's international products, helping them to build their own data ecological security.

In order to uphold bottom-line safety and negative content governance on our platforms and explore cutting-edge AI technologies and their applications, like LLM models, our team goes above and beyond in optimizing user experiences and delivering groundbreaking models by dedicatedly serving model training and evaluation to verify and continually enhance model performance and strategies.

What will I do?

-Lead the team of AI Data Service global multi-site people/team managers

-Develop and lead the execution of both the tactical and strategic direction of the global teams, leading the operations, change management and scaling/driving adoption of new programs, tools etc.

-Lead a high performing operations team who are effective, engaged and aligned to our company culture and values

-Work with Ops Leadership and XFN teams to understand various product ecosystems in order to ensure alignment of quality assessment procedures and data delivery with product strategies

-Partner with cross functional partners on analysis and reporting

-Coach & support AI Data Service team leads to developing and/or enhancing the Quality framework, methods for performance management, tracking KPIs, and working for any performance improvement initiatives

-Lead your team to detect, land and optimize any efficiency, productivity and accuracy improvement opportunities.

-Analyse data first hand to validate recommendations made by your team in order to drive continuous quality improvement across partner sites and workflows

-Enhance the quality process with automation of metrics by creation of dashboards

-Validate information of RCA reports created by your team and present findings to key internal stakeholders.

-Ensure that our BPO partners meet and exceed quality targets and provide support needed to achieve objective deep dives, make reports & policy recommendations and triage escalations.

Minimum Requirements

-Minimum Bachelor of Arts/Science degree in Business, Economics or Statistics

-Machine learning/labeling-related experience is strongly preferred

- 4+ years in Content Quality, TnS Operations, or a similar industry

- 4+ years regional/global leadership and people management experience, with a focus on performance, culture, engagement and people growth and development

- Experience working cross-functionally, in a highly matrix, global organisation with external and internal teams with the ability to influence leadership.

- Proven experience of partnership with BPOs

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform and communicate complex data analysis to derive key insights

Preferred Requirements

- Ability to lead effectively, prioritise projects, and ensure the delivery of high quality work under time constraints

- Strong proficiency in Data Analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel

- Proficiency utilising data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Experience in Six Sigma, Lean principles, or Operational Maturity methodologies

- Proven leader with project management, planning, presenting and communication skills

- Ability to adapt rapidly to changing work environments, work priorities, and organisational needs

- Ability and willingness to work on various projects

- Detail oriented with the ability to create and maintain reports, procedures, proposals and presentations

Senior Warehouse Executive / Assistant Manager

Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6.30pm

Responsibilities:
(Warehousing & Distribution)

• Manage Contract / Service Parts Logistics warehouse and distribution business for MNC Customer in Electronics & Electrical industry
• Oversees regional operations for Contract / Service Parts Logistics across Asia Pacific and Japan
• Main point of contact for MNC Customer’s Regional Operation team based in Singapore
• Co-ordinate with Internal country logistics teams in South Asia & Oceania (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and others) and Japan on day-to-day operations matters and service performances
• Attend and lead external & internal meetings on Business Performances matters and Operational Excellence initiatives
• Project implementation and support Contract / Service Parts Logistics warehouse operation by using WMS, TMS and other tools
• Build good relationships and foster strong rapports with MNC customer & Internal stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Warehousing & Distribution (Service Parts Logistics background will be an added advantage)
• Computer Literate (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic WMS, TMS system knowledge and usage (AS400, CargoWise system background will be an added advantage)
