You will be responsible for assisting the operations of Ark gyms; by servicing current members while primarily focusing to attract and engage new members into the gym through referrals and lead generation.

You will also need to enjoy working in a gym environment, have a friendly, outgoing personality, and genuinely care about helping others as well as be comfortable in front-of-house processes both face to face and via telephone.

You will be an Ark Crew member, with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

This role is to provide excellent customer service standards to guests at Brotzeit® restaurant establishments and ensure that guests’ dining experience exceed expectations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• To provide excellent customer satisfaction through exceeding expectations of guests.
• To provide excellent customer service to guests in a timely and friendly manner, ensuring diners a delightful dining experience.
• To perform quality checks in ensuring guests are enjoying their meals and take appropriate action to correct any problems (if any).
• Maintain a high level of customer service by embracing the 8-Steps of Service Excellence as per QSC standards.
• Perform day to day pre-opening and closing activities as per SOPs.
• To adhere to service SOPs.
• Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and comply.
• Perform general housekeeping and equipment maintenance duties.
• Report on time, in proper uniform and grooming standard.
• Work together with other team members to provide good quality service.
• Execute any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working in customer service
• Possess good command of English
• Minimum GCE “N”/”O” level, customer service certificate or certificate in any relevant fields
• Friendly, cheerful and able to work under pressure and in a high-volume environment
• Great team player and customer service oriented
• Possess strong initiative and integrity

We are family Karaoke operator with FOUR outlets in Singapore, we’re looking for full-time service crew who can work during our operation hours from 7pm to 3am.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
As a Service Crew, you will work with your Team Members to deliver a high-quality service experience that exceeds customer expectations:

• Greeting customers and serving customers
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas
• Ensure that guests received attention at all times
• Building and maintaining good rapport with the guest
• Must be customer service oriented
• Greeting customers at the door
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of KTV and keeping the environment tidy at all times
• Able to perform duties like taking food and drink orders, deliver orders, clean room, cashiering and any other ad hoc duties from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Able to communicate in both English/Mandarin
• Minimum Secondary level education
• Outgoing, presentable and service-oriented
• Cheerful, independent and self-motivated
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holiday
• Candidates with relevant working experience in the Karaoke Or F&B industry
