Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end IOR/EOR operations for global shipments within the APAC region.
• Ensure timely and compliant clearance of goods in collaboration with customers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.
• Supervise the verification of shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin for accuracy and compliance.

Compliance and Documentation:

Customer Relationship Management:
