The successful candidate will be a proactive and organized professional who excels in managing multifaceted projects. This role is required to manage multiple products and liaise with respective product managers of the products.

What to Expect:

• Strategize project management and coordination for various initiatives, highlighting interdependencies.
• Finance Monitoring: Monitor project finances, track expenses, and ensure adherence to budget Constraints; Collaborate with the finance department to manage project funding and Expenditure; Regularly review and reconcile project-related financial records; Ensure accurate accounting of project costs and revenue.
• Procurement: Crafting and managing procurement for the product team, which includes Purchase Order (PO), and follow up on billing and invoices.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively manage and monitor risks throughout the project.
• Security Updates: Coordinate security assessments and implement necessary updates to management.
• Product Updates: Oversee the planning and execution of product updates and releases; Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless updates.
• Presentation: Prepare and deliver project-related presentations to stakeholders, team members, and management.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including team members, senior management, and external partners. Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and issues.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and risk assessments.

How to Succeed:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
• Experiences in government sector.
