Duties of Retail Operations Manager:

• Lead and Manage Operations: Direct the team in developing and executing strategies to enhance and maintain asset value across the portfolio.
• Ensure Smooth Operations: Oversee programs to guarantee continuous service for utilities, air conditioning, fire protection, and security. Ensure staff are trained in fire and life safety systems and all maintenance programs are up-to-date.
• Asset Management: Review and implement annual Asset Plans for each property.
• Tenant Management: Handle lease agreements, manage tenant renovations, and maintain strong tenant relationships.

Requirements:

• Degree in relevant field
• Minimum 7 years of retail mall management experience
• Good communication and stakeholder relationship management skills

Job Description:

• Ensure store schedules comply with management's requirements.
• Work with management to plan manpower deployment, address hiring needs, and conduct interviews.
• Oversee store managers to ensure compliance with SOPs and effective store operations.
• Coordinate with store managers on cash handling and operational tasks, including delivery platforms, equipment maintenance, stock management, pest control checks, and adherence to food hygiene and SFA regulations.
• Supervise the training of new employees using established training manuals.
• Ensure all menu updates are reflected in stores and across delivery platforms.
• Manage the replacement of store equipment, such as POS systems, mobile ordering systems, and self-ordering kiosks, as required.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing teams to launch new or seasonal products and plan sales promotions.
• Work with the Accounts department to verify the accuracy of sales records and cash held in stores.
