We are looking for a Retail Operations Assistant to join our team to providing administrative support to the retail department. Acting as second-in-command to the Manager and taking care of all duties in their absence.
Job role
1. Assisting the Manager with day-to-day Operations Tasks.
2. Take care of administrative work such as filing and data entry
3. Ensuring products are properly merchandise, handling customer inquiries.
4. Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies.
5. Assist in implementing store policies and procedures.
6. Communicate effectively with stores staff and support positive work environment.
7. During peak period and festive season, able to accept flexible working hour.
Qualifications
1. Good computer Skill.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
4. Attention to detail and problem-solving
5. Minimum Diploma in retail / business operations; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
6. At least 3 years of working experience in retail industry.
7. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
