• Position Title: Logistics & Operations Officer/ Logistics Executive
• Working Location: Tuas (Nearest MRT: Gul Circle)
• Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon – Fri 8.30 am – 6 pm; Alternate Sat 8.30 am – 12 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $3,000 + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with supplier and customer for order shipment
• Prepare documentation – issue DO, Service Reports, import/ export shipping documents, etc
• Oversee and check proper loading/ unloading of goods
• Liaise with freight forwarders, vendors, and customers for collection and delivery of goods in Singapore and overseas
• Tracking of shipments
• Ensure smooth execution of daily operational job orders and delivery arrangement
• Respond and resolve urgent customer demand in a timely manner
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor

• Minimum GCE “O” level with at least 2 years of related working experience in operations & logistics.
• Forklift license is preferred.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring service standards and addressing customer feedback.

- Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.

- Manage inventory levels, ensuring that the outlet is well-stocked without over-ordering.

- Monitor and control wastage and food costs to maintain profitability.

- Ensure that the outlet complies with all health and safety regulations, including food hygiene, sanitation, and employee safety protocols.

- Ability to think on your feet and resolve problems quickly, whether related to staff, customers, or operational issues.
