KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES :

• You will be directly responsible for the growth of sales of all SCHÜTZ Packaging System products and services in the designated region with a particular focus on the development of ECOBULK IBC and F1 Drums.
• To achieve greater market penetration of SCHÜTZ product and services across Singapore and surrounding locations by achieving & exceeding agreed sales targets, through development of new customers.
• You will represent SCHÜTZ in the regional market in a professional and ethical manner. To gain respect in the general market place for our firm as the supplier of choice for quality packaging solutions.
• To gain knowledge and understanding of developments in the industrial packaging market in the designated region, including the activities of our competitors, to better achieve sustainable sales growth.
• Develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with customers and to identify market trends, needs and opportunities and translate them into business success.
• Set challenging targets, effective measures and development activities for the sales teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Degree holder in Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a related discipline, with keen interest in Sales & Marketing.
• 2-3 years experience, preferably in Sales and Marketing role of an Industrial product. Serving customer in the following industry segments Chemicals, Food, Petrochemicals or Petroleum segments.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A result-oriented, responsible and self-driven person.
• Possess good business acumen and a good track record in sales.
• A self-disciplined individual who possess a positive attitude and is willing to learn and a team player.

Sales Manager Responsibilities

• Manages the activities of the cost accounting function.
• Oversees the gathering of historical cost data, investigation of cost structures, pricing of new services or products, and preparation of budget versus actual expense reports. Ensures that costs are allocated according to established procedures.
• Performs timely month-end close and submission of management reports.
• Performs timely analysis of financial results to help management drive plant’s KPIs and profitability.
• Drives the plant in asset management through monitoring of AR, physical inventory, fixed assets control, CAPEX forecast and CIP tracking.

• Holds a Recognised Degree in Civil Engineering or transportation engineering degree.

• At least seven (7) years of experience with main-contractor.
