Responsibilities

· Plan and manage day-to-day operations such as daily fuel inventory, manpower, equipment and vehicles to meet operational taskings.

· Walk the ground to ensure that the standards on STARS’s quality, environmental, occupational, health and safety are adhered to.

· Perform periodic Customer engagement sessions/meetings on operational, safety, quality, service-related matters.

· Formulate and vet monthly and safety incident reports.

· Plan and review training programme to ensure staff are trained to meet job requirements.

· Create a strong safety culture and conduct periodic review of safety work processes, risk assessment and work instructions.

· Perform the routine inspection in the depot facility physically for safety and fire hazards and initiate action to correct deficiencies if any.

· Conduct periodic staff engagements to manage staff-wellbeing, hygiene and work-related issues.

· Involve in company and authority audits and formulate audit reports and reviews.

· Plan for courses for staff development.

· Involve and drive innovation and technology projects.

· Maintain high degree of housekeeping in all STARS’ operational sites so as to provide a conducive and safe working environment.

· Review the daily operations, stock control, loss /gain monitoring.

· Investigate operation errors, omissions, losses and report such matters to AGM.

· Involve in various safety and operation trainings, audits, toolbox meetings, conduct job risk hazard analysis for the smooth and safe operation of the depot facility.

· Ensure all the necessary work instructions, Standard operating procedures, training materials are updated and provide proper training (O-J-T) to all the operation staff.

· Act as an Emergency Coordinator at the airbase as per ERP during an emergency.

· Maintain overview on the serviceability status of STARS’ facilities and equipment and to initiate necessary work services (in-house or external agencies).

· Co-ordinate with customer on maintenance activities and ad hoc project based on contract obligations and customer requirements.

· Prepare capital and operating departmental budget and carry out a monthly review and take necessary action for controlling the budget.

· Evaluate tenders based on operation requirement as and when required.

· Participate in tender by providing ops input.

· Participate in Continuous Improvement Project.

Contract Management

· Ensure that the obligations stipulated within the established contract are met.

· Oversee customer relations and to maintain close links with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Handle customer complaints swiftly and effectively.

· Develop comprehensive strategies and solutions to tackle business challenges.

· Generate or vet monthly reports for both internal and external customers.

Human Resource and Training

· Liaise with HR for manpower planning and staffing requirements for STARS’s worksites.

· Interview and assess the potential candidates for the operation team as and when required.

· Conduct half yearly and yearly performance appraisal on operation employees’.

· Responsible for staff’s career planning and development progress.

· Ensure timely security clearance of new joint

· Ensure new joints are trained timely on all the job as per training and authorization system.

· Ensure proper qualifications / certifications prior to assignment.

Leadership

· Provide a clear and strong leadership and motivate the operation team to increase the team’s morale as well as individual performance and output.

· Provide timely decision making on day-to-day operation issues.

· Hold routine engagement meeting with supervisory and operation staffs to cascade company policy and direction.

· Strive for excellence through optimizing resources and continuous improvements.

· Attain operation excellence by reducing delays, re-work, waste, slop and losses.

· Keep confidentiality in the company business and operational matters.

Requirements

· Degree with operation management skills is preferred.

· Experience with working in the Aviation industry is an added advantage.

· Knowledge in Power BI or Power Apps is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

a) Responsible for customer support and service for purpose of sales related matters to meet the sales target plan including account management, preparation of proposal, quoting, payment matters, liaison and fulfilling sales & repair orders.

b) Secure good relationship with customers.

c) Ownership of overall customer satisfaction / perception of SEDSA as an MRO site.

d) Daily monitoring on delivery schedule for sales orders and repairs status with Workshop / Supply Chain/ Planner and communicate all repair flows between SEDSA and customers to ensure smooth operation and efficient communication.

e) Involve in any special mission, such as imminent AOG, expedition of specific order, delivery discrepancy, quality complaint, etc.

f) Reply to customers’ queries and quotations.

g) Review of customer’s sales and repair orders.

h) Process and acknowledged customers’ orders.

i) Issuing Invoice for completed sales and repair orders.

j) Provide shipping details to customers.

k) Handling of warranty claims.

l) Ensure TAT/SPT follow up, communicate targets, achievements and justify the discrepancies and propose alternative solutions when appropriate.

m) Propose best commercial solution according to customer needs, in compliance with SEDSA strategy and customer’s expectations.

n) Monitor, analyze and improve MRO activities for our components and ensure that service rate is being met.

o) Participate in the Continuous Improvement projects in Customer Service Department (methods) to promote efficiency and productivity. p) Comply with all health, safety and environment (HSE) regulations as prescribed by law and company’s policies. q) Actively participate and contribute to HSE initiatives & Corporate HSE programs and in HSE risk communications & mitigations.

Experience and Qualifications

a) Degree holder in engineering or business administration with 3-5 years or Diploma/O Level with 5-10 years in a commercial, business or sales & marketing role in the Aerospace industry can be consider

b) Well-versed in ERP software, preferably SAP B1.

c) Excellent verbal, written, presentation and computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

d) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with people of all levels

e) Good commercial knowledge of the aviation industry.

f) A team player- capable of interacting with internal and external (customers) stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent with min. 7 years of experience in IT Project Management in the financial industry
• Experience in managing the entire software development practices, various development methodologies and implementation
• Experience in managing deployment of IT infrastructure, such as systems & networks and cybersecurity solutions
• Experiences in major IT infrastructure & cybersecurity system updates, upgrades, OS hardening and migrations
• Constantly keep abreast of latest technology changes to maintain deployment and operational efficiency
• In-depth knowledge on Project Management/Business Analysis
• Possess strong leadership, capable of managing stakeholders and maintaining relationships in large scale projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree / master’s in computer science, business, or a related field.
• Possess 4 - 6 years of project Management and related experience.
• At least 2 cycles of end-to-end implementation experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP)/PRINCE 2 certification preferred.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices and willingness to adapt to new technologies to run and manage projects effectively.
• Able to deliver and conduct meetings with C levels
• Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• SAP experience will be preferred
