Responsibilities

• Oversee the completion of Strategic Customer Quotes.
• Work closely with Corporate Product Managers and Strategic Sales Account Managers to maximize gross profit margin and achieving excellent customer service.
• Works directly with suppliers to obtain the most competitive quotes to support sales and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Review the quote ensuring that we work to meet the original quote strategy and customer expectation.
• To work with the Quote Team and Sales to create a quote strategy and customer expectations.

Requirements

• Diploma in a related field.
• At least 3 – 5 years of applicable work experience in related industry preferred with a demonstrated history of successful performance.
• Working knowledge of sales, quotes and or electronics related job scope is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications Excel is essential
• Exhibits strong teamwork and collaboration with good interpersonal communication skills

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Provides executive leadership to a major manufacturing / supply chain function supporting a large and complex business unit. May lead functional operations at multiple manufacturing sites. Establishes and monitors production using metrics/budgets through systems, and initiates appropriate corrective action as needed and based on results. Job Scope:
- Responsible for the day-to-day activities of customer service executives within established policies and procedures.
- To process/enter customer orders, manage quotations and warranties, follow-up on order statuses, creating delivery documents, maintain records of transactions and interactions, as well as updating ERP (SAP) and databases (Microsoft Access).
- To ensure accurate and timely billing/invoicing to customers.
- To manage customer claims, and ensure overall customer satisfaction through effective communication, and timely responses to customers.
- To co-ordinate with, or support other departments to resolve customer service issues.
- To work within the Repair Team to ensure repair SPT and company objectives are met.
- Be responsible, and to prepare, present and/or participate in performance related topics.
