Role Description

Reporting directly to our Chief Product Officer, the Head of Operations owns the vision and execution of all back-office operations within the organization: listing, ground, viewing, along with client success and customer service. Role Description

Reporting directly to our Chief Product Officer, the Director of Operations owns the vision and execution of all back-office operations within the organization: listing, ground, viewing, along with client success and customer service. The Director of Operations leads one of the two largest teams in the company, currently made of 20 people and forecasted to grow to 30-50 over the next 24 months. The Director of Operations hires, trains and grows all levels of the Operations function and leads the design, development, and implementation of the organisation, processes, and internal software tools allowing the Operations function to keep on scaling with an ever-improving efficiency and satisfaction. The Logistics Operations Executive is responsible for managing logistics activities and ensuring smooth operations across shipping, inventory management, and customs clearance. This role involves direct communication with suppliers and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, including shipping, inventory, and delivery schedules.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Between 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Highly proficient in the use of MS Office products
• Analytical thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate strategy to execution
• Problem solving and documentation skills with an ability to understand complex workflows
• Candidate must be proactive, enthusiastic and team oriented
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to think strategically and contribute to department and division wide initiatives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to organize and prioritize workload and drive results
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new changes and new challenges
• Ability to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred candidate will have 1-3 years of business experience in financial services/ operations, included past responsibility for regulatory reporting, audit, compliance, middle office support, project management, risk management, and implementation of strategic operational plans
• Experience with derivative products and expertise as a business analyst around regulations like OTC Derivative Reporting to HKMA, JFSA, ASIC and particularly MAS is strongly preferred

As a Relationship Manager, you will take ownership over a book of business that you will develop by building relationships with potential and existing borrowers and networking to bring in more borrowers. This person will play a pivotal role in bringing in business and ensuring the continued vitality of Funding Societies.

What you will do:

• Generate leads for SME lending via phone calls, client visit & etc
• Educate SMEs on peer-to-peer lending and our company
• Follow-up with inquiries and qualify leads for SME lending
• Retain and expand relationships with SMEs to meet their financing needs
• Identify new product and service offerings, which may create unique, innovative, and high-value customer solutions.
  

What we are looking for:

• 2-5 years experience in SME financing and/or B2B sales
• Wide network of decision makers in the SME space
• Able to adapt to an evolving and fast-paced working environment
• Great interpersonal and relationship building skills, with proven ability to optimize both internal and external contacts
• Proactive, assertive and able to take ownership of the target with the ability to plan for its achievement
• Good self/time management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and at least one second language
