Job Responsibilities

• Providing operational support to clients, and to site team.
• To assist the Reporting Officer in the operation and administrative works:
• Updating work schedule;
• Renewal of licenses with government and statutory board;
• Process enquiries/ feedback and remain highly contactable for clients.
• Defect list and fixing date of inspection and closing summary of defect list and appointment dates.
• Process security pass, access card/carpark, bicycle label.
• Process deposits and refunds.
• Follow quality assurance procedures including cleaning, security, repairs, maintenance, painting, air-conditioning, fire-protection, lifts and emergency procedures.
• Ensure compliance of PDPA when developing and implementing. policies and processes for handling personal data.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the estate daily.
• Conduct scheduled checks and inspection, escalate irregularities to management and to clients.
• Review and recommend replacement/improvement plans for managed sites.
• Ensure building statutory requirements are complied.
• Provide essential customer service support to the residents and owners.

Responsibilities

• Business Application Support – Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for key business applications. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve application-related issues.
• Business Process Management – Analyse and document existing business processes. Propose and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Business Requirements – Engage with business stakeholders to identify and document digital needs, translating them into actionable project specifications. Ensure project goals align with overall digital transformation objectives.
• Project Management – Manage small to mid-scale projects, from initiation to closure. Develop project plans, timeline and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines. Track project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Solution Delivery & Change Management - Design, develop, test, and deploy IT solutions to meet project goals. Ensure smooth implementation, maintenance, and issue resolution while managing stakeholder expectations through effective change management.
• Internal Stakeholder Management – Build and maintain strong partnerships with applications owners and other IT members. Work with internal business stakeholder to identify and prioritise application support needs, issues, and digital transformation projects.
• Vendor Management - Facilitate and maintain relationships with vendors/partners, negotiating contracts, creating standards for the vendors, and finding the best available vendors.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.

Other Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with BI tools and report development.
• Proficient with project management tools
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and leveraging these tools to enhance business processes and analytics.
• Ability to incorporate AI/ML methodologies to optimize workflows and decision-making.
• Good understanding of maritime business processes, project management concepts, and quality standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years working experience in a similar role, preferably within the maritime sector.
• Proven track record in Business Application Support, BI tools, and managing small to mid-scale projects.
• Knowledge and experience with fleet management systems is preferred.
