About The Role

About the role

This role, WealthTech Operations Analyst, will be reporting to the Head of APAC Operations during the Project Phase, and transitioning into a Business As Usual position, working within a broader operations team. • Position: Bridal Boutique Social Media & Operations Executive
• 5 Working Days, 9am-6pm,
• Require Committing on Weekend, 2 Off Per Week
• Basic Salary: $2,500 - $3,500 + Commission + AWS + VB
• Location: City Hall, Singapore

Summary: Serve & assist brides to dress in different of bridal, communicating and managing digital marketing on Instagram & Tiktok to reach more audiences and targeted customers. Candidate must comfortable to work on weekend based on schedule.

Requirements:

• Must experience in handling social media platform like Instagram or Tiktok.
• Must willing to work 5 days per week include weekend in wedding / event industry.

Job Scopes:

• Taking care of the bridal boutique for operation and marketing.
• Conceive and develop marketing strategies, Handling of social media in Facebook, telegram, tiktok, Instagram and so on.
• Attending to customer enquiries and assist in gown fitting
• Proactively introduce gowns, accessories, photography and video packages
• Organize marketing campaigns, related workshops and fashion runway shows
• Manage appointed supplier of gown & accessories , monitoring production of gowns.
• Maintain gown & accessories Inventory records
• Manage Sales enquires, issuing Sales Tax Invoice to clients, monitor CGS/Pricing for gowns and create packages.
• Liaise with tailor for gown alteration schedules
• Coordinate with stylists, models, influences and celebrities for Marketing projects
• Make Monthly, Yearly sales report and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with team of wedding planners
• Other ad-hoc related work which assigned by the management, from time to time.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for processing all corporate actions events
• Monitor all cash/payments movements
• Process monthly securities reconciliation
• Handle trade confirmations
• Prepare periodic / management trade reports
• Assist in any UAT

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience in Banks or Financial Institutions
